Hi all
I remember that one of the main needs identified chapters in Durban at the workshop on July 13, support chapters for capacity building on issues of management, communication & Public Relations, raising/fund management in particular, was praised by Chapter representatives.
As ISOC has actively contributed to the development of technical capacity on the continent, it’s time to do the same for the management, regulation, management of human and economic resources of chapters (...) to meet current and future challenges.
If Internet Society offers full resources package to accompany the chapters, like "Chapter Handbook & Toolkits", it’s clear that we are finally very few to know and logically very little to be able to develop and share so efficiency within our respective communities.

For the Dakar workshop and similar workshops would be nice that we can come back at every opportunity on the package of resources and tools available to chapters, pending specific training workshops probably in preparation.
