I am surprised by how few candidates there are. Could someone explain the process of nominations? Were more people interested, but somehow got left off the ballot?
Estonian chapter vote will go to whichever candidate promises to work on providing chapters guaranteed financing so they can fulfill their duties and become stronger. The only people profiting from a large number of inactive "ghost chapters" are the people at the HQ. The community and the mission are suffering significantly.
I urge others to vote along the same priorities and for candidates to speak up with specific promises in this area.
Best,
Elver
