follow. I've not listened yet but I understand that both Olivier and Evan
asked good questions.

I don't know that the NTIA's decided not to renew the contract with ICANN.
My understanding is that they have invited a multistakeholder proposal for
a new entity to take over responsibility for the IANA functions, before the
current contract expires.  That they find that proposal acceptable is not
assured. Whether the ICANN contract. will be renewed  - by NTIA or the new
entity, if formed in time - is yet to be determined.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.
