[Chapter-delegates] International Women's Day -- Celebrating Women in Tech

Hi everyone - To celebrate International Women's Day, March 8, Kathy Brown, Desiree Miloshevic, Theresa Swinehart, and Narelle Clark collaborated on an article around the importance of women in ICT.  The article highlights several initiatives across the ISOC community that support women interested in technology careers and bring Internet access and training to women around the world.
