I have learned that we at Internet Society don't take Web and
accessibility standards too serious when it comes to our own.
Now I have to learn that even parts of RFCs are carelessly
ignored. As there is the RFC 2822 which defines "In-Reply-To"
or the "References" headers which allow mail clients to group
e-mails into threads. No "In-Reply-To" or "References" header
to be found on mails send by "Chapter Leaders Community". And since
everything is controlled by "Mail at ConnectedCommunity.org" there is
also no option to reply to sender by a private mail. Even worse:
if you push "reply to sender" in your mail client the mail goes to
"Mail at ConnectedCommunity.org" anyhow.

I understand there are agencies who make our website and provide
the group communication services for us. But maybe we can avoid the
impression that standard ignorance is a prerequ to get awarded
with a contract.

Cheers, Klaus
