[Chapter-delegates] Internet Society Welcomes Olaf Kolkman As Chief Internet Technology Officer

Dear Kathy,

I think that I speak on behalf of all of ISOC.nl if 
I say that we are very happy to see Olaf appointed.
Under his lead the folks at NLnet Labs have been doing
amazing work, and the transition from his policy work
over the last couple of years to this position is quite
natural indeed.

Olaf has been a strong supporter of our chapter, and has 
contributed to many events we organised. In fact 
this week on Thursday he will be one of the speakers
at a conference we are organising in the Royal
Library in The Hague under the title "The internet
one year after Snowden" [1].

He has everything it takes to become a great Chief 
Internet Technology Officer at ISOC. Congratulations
to all involved!
