thanks a lot for this news - extraordinary! This bodes well for the future.
>From a Chapter perspective I am particularly hopeful that we will be able
to obtain valuable guidance from Olof that assists and supports our work at
the national level, as well as the global action of ISOC.

I have had the opportunity to work relatively close to Olaf - in the ISOC
Board - and am permanently humbled by his understanding and knowledge, as
ell as his drive and ability to explain tough technical issues and apply
them to policy. He knows ISOC in and out and we should be able to establish
strong, long-lasting cooperative relations with him in his nrew role.
