[Chapter-delegates] Posts on the IANA transition topic

Folks
there are now two discussion forums set up under the ISOC banner for
NTIA/IANA transition discussions.

Rather than me cross post laboriously to all of them, I have started
posting only on the "ianaxfer at elists.isoc.org" <ianaxfer at elists.isoc.org>
list and the Connect.internetsociety.org forum.

I hope to get as much input from people in this as possible, however, there
is a limit to the amount of cross posting one can reasonably do.

Please, as ever, feel free to contact me directly should you as a member
have a view to put.
