As the person who originally lobbied for the creation of that list I have
always been disappointed it hasn't been more useful, But,, since so many
chapters involved are now in At-Large, that has been a fair venue for
discussion. In fact, the At-Large Skype chat, especially during certain
events, is absolutely THE best backchannel!

But the recent discourse, seems to have quietened down of late, on the
Internet-Policy list has also been good. High caliber of participants.
