This is the first of some excellent points.
We will now be starting a 'connect' group on the NTIA/IANA transfer, but if
there is another suitable list already, I'm not averse to using it! I'll
just have to get on it.
Chapter-delegates is really a list for discussion of the administrative and
common issues for running chapters and distributing information that needs
to go out to chapters, not for solving the greater issues of the internet.
I've said previously it needs a clear charter, and also a bit more guidance
on good netiquette for it. It's been one of those tasks I've never got
around to pushing for!
