[Chapter-delegates] Trivial addition to disclosure

​In a previous email I mentioned I hadn't been paid by anyone for policy
work. That remains true.Avri's note reminds me I was reimbursed for the bus
& train to a presentation in D.C. ​I forget whether it was $150 or $200.

    It was an policy panel by ISOC DC. I've also accepted lunchesfrom folks
like Verizon as well as two tickets to a Verizon sponsored David Bowie
concert a decade ago. I also got to join an ITU official in the VIP section
of a fundraising concert mostly for medical support in Africa. Bono, Stevie
Wonder & others performed. I belive the VIP tickets were free because my
host was one of the speakers.

   Absolutely right to disclose.
