[Chapter-delegates] ISOC's great opportunity to inspire ethical policy discussion

I hope you and others speak up for the motion to *request* all IGF
speakers to do basic disclosure as SOI or whatever other form is
appropriate. One of the leadership group wrote me that "getting financial
disclosures is really not realistic," reasonable given how long it took for
this motion to get to the floor. So this would be completely voluntary.
The ICANN Statement of Interest below is far more than we would be
requesting, so I'd think this would be easy to approve. I'd support it, and
I think ISOC should rise to the occasion. Here's one from ICANN, chosen at
random.
