Avri has said in her message:

"...both stakeholder groups, commercial and non commercial, are also
designed to serve the interests of both registrants and users."

The keyword here is "designed". Whether they actually do in practice is
another thing. I am not a GNSO policy expert but I am sure that some of
the GNSO policies that have been implemented serve both registrants and
end users. I fear you are painting the GNSO as being anti end-user - or
at least implying this and cannot agree with you on this as it is an
unfair over-generalisation.
