My response to Evan argues that distinguishing users into registrants
and other users is not a good plan. I think my argument is valid. If At
Large is formally dividing this portfolio then this implies a need to
split At Large into (at least) two constituency organisations. One for
registrants and one for users who are not registrants.
I hope that is clearer.
