[Chapter-delegates] ISOC-BR Web portal in IPv6!

Dear people,

Since 11:30 BST yesterday, the ISOC-BR portal is fully accessible in
IPv6, as well as IPv4. Thanks to the Tiwa project of Instituto Nupef
which hosts our site, and to RNP (Brazil's National Research and
Education Network) which hosts Tiwa's servers.

If your Internet connection is IPv6-capable, please test
(www.isoc.org.br) and report to my email if any glitch is found.
