[Chapter-delegates] ISOC Hong Kong new Board is formed

Dear Chapters,

The new Board of ISOC Hong Kong has been elected. I have stepped down
from the post of Chair and stay in the Board.
Mr. Chester Soong, our previous Convener of Security and Privacy Working
Group, has been elected as the new Chair.

The new Board is below:
    Chairman: Chester Soong
    Vice Chairman: Ben Cheng
    Treasurer : Ken Lam
    Secretary: Jacky Tsoi
    Director, International Liaison: Edmon Chung,
    Director,Education: Sang Young
    Director: Joe Yau
    Director: Philip Leung

I would like to thank you all and the HQ for your support in the past
two years. We hope ISOC Hong Kong will work with you closer in the
coming years.
