I think it is obvious now that automatically generated URLs for our
website are bad. I think it was raised already before post-launch.

What about:

http://www.isoc.org/news/internet-fragmentation-real-risk/

Fancy UTF-8 characters in the URL are not helping to convey our mission
either.
