[Chapter-delegates] Release for review and comment: IXP Toolkit & Portal

To all Chapter members:

The Internet Society will release the IXP Toolkit & Portal as draft collaboration tools,  today, Tuesday, 25 February at APRICOT.

Draft Collaboration Report & Portal will be available today as well at:  www.ixptoolkit.org

We will seek input/advice/improvements from 25 February-15 April.  Feedback can be sent to:  feedback at ixptoolkit.org<mailto:feedback at ixptoolkit.org>

We are very pleased to release this as  draft to the Chapter Delegates.  All of you now have the opportunity to test, comment and collaborate on the pre-launch version in order to help us get the best from all the work already invested and provide a robust set of tools for our Community's IXP activities and projects.

The official release,  v.1.0 is expect the first week of May by which time we will have assessed, commented and incorporated feedback and suggestions from our user community.
