[Chapter-delegates] Election Results for ISOC India Chennai2013-2014

Charles,

Many Chapters with a long history don't necessarily need and could not 
accept such a prerequisite according to their Bylaws and the Laws under 
witch they are registered in their country.

This being said, India Chennai and my friend Siva have done a 
professional job to insure quality results. Bravo!
