[Chapter-delegates] Election Results for ISOC India Chennai 2013-2014

Dear Evan,

we used SurveyMonkey. Naveed Haq, ISOC Staff for Asia, set-up the system
& ran it with the approval of the voting committee. The voting committee
itself was chosen using an online randomizer on the list of volunteer
names that were received.
