[Chapter-delegates] Happy Holidays

Hi,

Thank you all of chapter colleagues and ISOC officers for these years.

Since I have got so busy in my business, I have to decide to resign
from Japan chapter officer. It's exciting and fantastic experience
for me to work with all of you, global intelligence.

In 2015, Japan chapter starts with two new officers, and they are
much younger than I. I believe these younger generations will add
more valuable contributions in ISOC activities.

I will stay as a chapter member, and also hope to keep joining
ISOC activities as much as I can.

Again, thank you all of chapter colleagues and ISOC officers.
