[Chapter-delegates] A chapter consortium for a UNESCO Internet governance project?

Dear Alejandro.

Thanks for this information. This is a very good proposition. Having
successfully undertaken a project on open data (English / Swahili
translation) for UNESCO *http://dcom.co.ke/index.php?title=Main_Page
<http://dcom.co.ke/index.php?title=Main_Page>* and another still in draft
form (*development of an online repository for Intangible and tangible
cultural Heritage in East Africa)* I think the research is worthwhile, as
emanated from our literature review that we did last year when compiling
the draft document. In spite of having useful platforms online, majority of
people are still disadvantaged to access information that would be vital
for their human development. These actually touches on IG and I hope ISOC
could take up the challenge.
