[Chapter-delegates] Board Election

Bahrain ISOC chapter did NOT voted , simply because there is no one from
the candidates represent our region and what make it worse is that non of
the existing board even represent this region. So we don't see a reason why
we need to get in this process. But the question is , why there is no
representation from our region in the board?
