Greetings
I recently completed a number of cities for this project and it's a
legitimate request and they are paying a stipend. Some of you might be
interested in this opportunity. The study tool is quite interesting

We are seeking evaluators for the Sixth Global E-Governance Survey,
conducted by the E-Governance Institute at the School of Public Affairs and
Administration, Rutgers University-Newark. This study is conducted every
two years. It represents a continued effort to evaluate digital governance
in large municipalities throughout the world. The survey produces
comparative analyses of e-governance and contributes to the e-governance
literature.

Surveyors will have the opportunity to learn about e-governance and related
issues such as e-democracy, e-voting, e-bulletin boards, website usability
and online citizen participation. In appreciation for your contribution,
your participation will be credited in the published results and you will
also be paid $25 for evaluating each website. And, the evaluation is
expected to be completed in October, 2013.
