[Chapter-delegates] Is Internet Society Newsletter dead ?

Veni and previous, +1.
With the newsletter, I was seeing it like a kind of monthly report of
chapters to the Headquarter, not mandatory, but was like a sort of
criteria of assessment of Chapters, if we accept that Chapters were like
the extension of ISOC on the field.
With all the mails circulated from the floor in favor of that
newsletter, the staff should not resist to activate it.
