[Chapter-delegates] A conversation on Core Internet Values

How to determine the authenticity of this mail from a gmail account, and 
signed by a simple name: Sivasubramanian M, without any organization or 
compagny name.
I guess that, Sivasubramanian is from ISOC staff or from an ISOC Chapter 
to be able to use this mailling list.
Any clarifications from the floor before we start comment out this 
interesting topic?
