[Chapter-delegates] Private sector vs UN regulation on private data - Le monde article

This is fresh news from french newspaper "Le Monde".
I know most of the  endorsers of this position , they can have an impressive media and lobby power.
It's pitty that Isoc's  multistakeholder guvernance  model was not even mentioned , and the UN /ITU one attracts now such brilliant people. 
I insist, but Isoc should really  react fast with more than a US-centric position paper, defending its guvernance model in the context of CyberSecurity and privacy.
