[Chapter-delegates] Experience of Participating in the APC workshop in Bali 2013

Dear all:


It’s my pleasure to share my experience about ISOC APC workshop which helps
us to build up leadership skills.

The format of workshop especially fishbowl and solution room which helps,
how to discuss, gathering views from others as well exchange opinion among
other leaders before taking decisions. Actually its helps the way of
collaboration process which is important to become good leader.


Special thanks to our trainer Ruud Janssen also Naveed and Joyce for nice
support and co-operation.



It’s really honorable to being with ISOC Community and believes the changes
of rights to establish Open Internet where we can achieve freedom of
expression.



Lastly I would like to say its awesome practical experience for me as well
our community and region. Thanks again to ISOC for continue support and
co-operation and wishes this will be continue in future.
