[Chapter-delegates] ISOC Meetings @ ICANN Buenos Aires

Having sessions Sunday before 5:30 conflicts with actual scheduled ICANN
meetings, specifically the all-day At-Large session in which many ISOC
representatives must participate (including myself, Holly and Eduardo). So
that is a non-starter.
(In fact, given that At-Large Advisory Committee is *the* ICANN voice for
Internet end-users -- it's in the bylaws,
XI.4a<https://www.icann.org/en/about/governance/bylaws#XI>-- I would
recommend that ISOC members who are not obliged to attend the
Sunday ALAC session might be well served by attending anyway.)
I agree with Héctor about having specific speakers rather than doing the
introductions around the room. As Holly said, I was thinking that, in
addition to the formal Sunday meeting, there could be some kind of less
formal, social gathering on the Tuesday before music night.
I wasn't suggesting going back to the old style of two formal meetings ...
just trying to be a little creative and propose that a second event should
be maintained, but changed to something lighter.
