Yes... Important to note that.
The term is "Advisory" not political nor hierarchical, nor
representational nor any of the myriad ratholes such an activity can be
pushed down.
Can this be structured as a "meeting" of chapters to develop and discuss
priorities and advise the ISOC board and possibly chapters as a whole?
I wonder. Experience shows a strong preconception in this generation to
develop structure, elections, board, officers, business cards, status,
entitlement, then representational assumptions ....
