[Chapter-delegates] Creation of a Chapter Advisory Committee Drafting Task Force

thank you for stepping forward immediately.
We are starting to collect names of volunteers for the Task Force.
So far I have only few on the list but I hope for more names until the end of this week.
We are looking for a widespread group in every direction - geographical, experience with chapters, language, cultural background - you name it.
