Christopher,
I will volunteer to work in the Task Force convened by John More and Hans-Peter Dittler.
We can discuss the degree and timing of time involvement in the Task Force itself.
I don't see a need for two steering groups. We have previously deposited chapters' trust on John and Hans-Peter for the bylaws revision. We should make intensive use of their fresh experience in that work.
Yours,
Alejandro Pisanty

Dear John, Dear Hans Peter:
Well, we are obviously not going to have two CAC steering groups.
However, this time around, it must be really be a bottom-up process.
It is perhaps too early to engage the staff except as observers.
Also, I would rather wait for responses from Asia and Africa.
