[Chapter-delegates] Chapter Advisory Council - creation of an Interim Steering Committee

Further to the Note to Chapters that we have all received from Walda Roseman, I suggest that it is now down to the Chapters ourselves to initiate the organisation of at the Chapters Advisory Council.

To this effect, I would be prepared to take on the röle of Convenor of an Interim Steering Committee for the creation of the Chapters Advisory Council. If that would be acceptable, I would be glad to see expressions of interest to participate in the Steering Group posted to the Chapters Delegates List. In the first instance, the Steering Group should comprise at least one recognised member from each of the principal geographical regions. The initial objective might be to work towards a first plenary meeting of the Council in mid-2014, for instance in London.

PS:	For those of you who do not know me, I initiated the discussion about Chapter membership of ISOC in 2010 (and have had a stake in that since then). 
I am reasonably multilingual EN/FR/ES; and at 72 I have no interest in a longer-term commitment.
