[Chapter-delegates] CASWG meeting minutes- 4 October 2013

Thanks Joyce and Cinra for the consideration. This inclusion is vital for
some of us that have some real issues and experiences in local chapter
affairs, that would be vital to others as well who may not have explicitly
expressed their concerns on the issues.   Joyce, if there is an
opportunity, I would be gladly wish to contribute to the WG.
