[Chapter-delegates] Webex Trial by ISOC Canada Chapter

and I can join wwbex only from my Android tablets and phones... the Ubuntu
lap top  does not support... Also play back of webinars  (at least  the
last one from ISOC) does not work for me on any of my devices... I hope
there is a solution for these issues...
