[Chapter-delegates] Webex Trial by ISOC Canada Chapter

Based on experiences on other Webex calls, the service is pretty well
useless for anyone using a Linux desktop.
On Linux, WebEx only supports Firefox -- not Chrome, Chromium (what I use)
or any of the other available browsers.
On trying with Firefox, WebEx insisted on a specific Java Web plugin, one
which doesn't exist (and I have Java installed on my system)
I ended giving up. I have no Apple or Windows systems in my office. My only
workaround was installing the Android app on my tablet (which appears to
work OK over wifi).
Anyway, just be aware that people who are running Linux or BSD (which is
likely a higher proportion within the Internet-savvy world than amongst the
mainstream) *are* going to have problems.
