This is an attempt to bring back much of the warrantless access provisions from Bill C-30. Child porn was the rationale for C-30. That didn't work so now it is cyber bullying.

The Canadian government has made  a mixed bag  legislation on controlling  cyberbulling and  Revenge Porn but it has gone  much further to include  cable  theft.  Lots of  Canadians  reacting to the legislation especially around the idea of policing such activity
