Congratulations, Lynn!
I want to join Barrack in highlighting what a challenge it is to address IG
issues at the national level. As a member of ISOC-ES and the Spanish IGF, I
am too aware of this. I have been actively working on this for the past 4-5
years and would love to share ideas and projects.
