One suggestion below, which I hope ISOC would support:

This is all along the lines ISOC-Armenia, ISOC-Poland and ISOC-Bulgaria
have been suggesting since 2011 on, and fits into our (ISOC.bg) project on
Internet governance.
I am hopeful that this will mean ISOC will support chapters to engage with
their national governments, and join their governmental delegations to the
ITU meetings, GAC meetings, IGFs, and the Brazil high-level meeting in
2014. Since ISOC cannot do that, the least they can do is organize funding
for the chapters, which can.
