[Chapter-delegates] TPP Rearing it's ugly head

Curious that US is so unconscious that it is rapidly moving towards dependence on the IPR from outside US. Then this treaty that today looks beneficial for US will look like a millstone. 

Maybe by 2030 the arguments in US against respecting British copyrights in the 19th century will be popular again ... Too late.
