   I'm moderating tomorrow's event “Is There A Third Way For The Internet:
Neither The US Nor The UN But Independence?” (noon eastern time, details
below). We'll take questions throughout, but I'd also welcome questions
sent to me in advance. I'll ask them anonymously for you. More questions

   The panel includes a former ISOC board member, a registrar who signed
