Subject: [Chapter-delegates] Results of ISOC-AU Elections

The Charter includes a requirement that Chapters report election results
each year.

The Australian Chapter (ISOC-AU) held its AGM on 16 October 2013.

The election of Directors was contested by a field of 6 well-qualified
individuals. Those who were elected to the Board were (in alpha order):
- Gunela Astbrink (re-elected, after rotational retirement)
- Narelle Clark (re-elected, after rotational retirement)
- Roger Clarke (re-elected, after rotational retirement)
- Chris Disspain (newly-elected; CEO, .au Domain Administrator)

At the next meeting of the Board following the AGM, office-bearer positions
were voted on, as required by the Articles of Association.
All four incumbents were nominated, and returned to their existing
positions:
President: Narelle Clark
Vice-Pres: George Fong
Treasurer: Paul Brooks
Secretary: Roger Clarke

Roger Clarke, as Secretary, ISOC-AU
