Dave – I’d like to suggest that you may not have all the facts on the matter here. First, there are of course always three sides to every story, so to speak, and seems maybe you have heard just one of them. My perception is that ISOC staff have indeed tried here, and certainly engaged in much discussion rather than no discussion.
