[Chapter-delegates] Shutdown of Skype on our Mobile Broadband Internet Access

Hi Eric,
we had more or less similar situation 5 years ago. One of our operators
allows to use Voice Over IP protocols only for 10 seconds after
establishing of any type of VoIP connection - Skype, SIP, etc. But 2
other mobile operators were against such practice and had kept all VoIP
ports open. As you understand, after few months this operator also
opened all VoIP ports  -competition.

Can say, that one of the results of this experiment  was  that  our
regulator had issued new directive -   how to inform users about
operator services. There are lot of requirements, but one of this
requirements may be interesting:

"Operator  must inform users publicly about any type of limitations in
his services"

This is very strong warning for any operator, who will try to put any
limitations on any protocol, including VoIP
