[Chapter-delegates] Invitation: Post WTPF Chapters Webinar on 24 May: Readout on what happened at WTPF

Dear Colleagues,

We would like to invite you to a webinar organized for Chapter leaders and members to review what transpired at the 2013 World Telecommunications Policy Forum (WTPF) which is being held in Geneva 14-16 May.  

WTPF 2013 focused on the Internet and the debate centers on input documents from the Secretary General’s report and the six draft Opinions developed by the Informal Experts Group (IEG), which are: 

•	Opinion 1: Promoting Internet Exchange Points (IXPs) as a long-term solution to advance connectivity
•	Opinion 2: Fostering an enabling environment for the greater growth and development of broadband connectivity
•	Opinion 3: Supporting Capacity Building for the deployment of IPv6
•	Opinion 4: In Support of IPv6 Adoption and Transition from IPv4
•	Opinion 5: Supporting Multistakeholderism in Internet Governance
•	Opinion 6: On supporting operationalizing the Enhanced Cooperation Process  

Discussion will also extend to Contributions and Information documents submitted for additional consideration in the debate.  All of these documents can be found on the ITU WTPF web site at http://www.itu.int/en/wtpf-13/Pages/default.aspx
