[Chapter-delegates] Invitation to vote in the 2013 ISOC BoT Chapter election

There should be no bias  in regards to the position. The ISOC board
should compromise of people who are capable but having said that there
should be representation of all sides and sectors. Asia is a
growing economy and participation and issue of aisa should
be represented and  highlighted accordingly.

We all know how power politics influences the judgement so like always
there should be representation from all side......


lets not see the internet within the reach, let's explore the
opportunities beyond.......................
