[Chapter-delegates] Invitation to vote in the 2013 ISOC BoT Chapter election

Its kind of a pity that we don't have the tools on board to have such
a discussion
and seriously consider to rely on - rather not Internet like -
services like from FB.
Well in fact these tools are around and set-up. So the pity is rather
that they are
not picked-up wide enough and don't get recognition/support/promotion
by staff.

I mean setting-up e.g. a page for each of the candidates on the chapters
collaboration platform and using the comments system to have a discussions
might be one approach that could work much better than the mailing list.

One day - not too - soon ISOCians will not only claim, promote,
defend, teach ...
(you name it) a free internet - ISOCians will even start to make smart and
good use of it!
