[Chapter-delegates] Invitation to vote in the 2013 ISOC BoT Chapter election

I would be happy to participate in such an activity.

Of course there would need to be a range of time zones facilitated.

It may be best to integrate this into an overall review of election
processes planned for next year. At this stage it could be a bit late and
I for one would not like to see anyone disadvantaged.
