[Chapter-delegates] Invitation to vote in the 2013 ISOC BoT Chapter election

Hi, everyone.
I was trying to post some questions to the chapter candidates, but it 
turned out I cannot do that.
I guess I am not the only one, as there are not other questions but the 
six on the right side at this page:
https://www.internetsociety.org/apps/wp/elections2013/

I hope this can be fixed, as we still have two weeks to hear back from 
the candidates.
