[Chapter-delegates] German chapter organizes information meeting on IETF in April

Peter--

This sounds like a really interesting topic. Too bad I didn't study harder
in Herr Eisbach's German class in High School! Will this be recorded in any
way? I have some native speaker friends who might be willing to give me the
gist of the discussion.
